Hello, everyone!
I haven't yet experimented with this new newsletter format, but here goes! Thanks so much for the opportunity to keep in touch with you this way.
I have so much to tell you... soon. In the meantime, I'll be playing harp at the North Market this week -- 3 times! I'll be on the upper level, so when you step in and hear harp music wafting from somewhere, you'll be able to tell everyone else exactly where it's coming from, because, if the fish smell isn't enough to tell you, no, you're not in heaven (but close).
Here are the dates:
Tues, December 20 -- 12 to 2 PM
Thurs, December 22 -- 12 to 2 PM
Sat, December 24 (yes! Christmas Eve morning!) -- 10 AM to 12 PM
This month I've been playing everywhere from corporate parties to house parties to libraries to chants, and have a few quiet church services coming up -- you can see the schedule on my website calendar. 'Tis the season! I'm so grateful for every opportunity.

Do you know what's really fun? The way my coaching students / clients are stretching, exploring, and taking off with their musical lives. We work together in a creative, specialized way that incorporates what's happening in the rest of our world, using music as the magic carpet ride into what's going on internally and externally.
One student is beginning to write her own personal songs and exploring ways of accompanying her glorious voice on piano, another has created the ideal situation to authentically be with his harp while simultaneously teaching / being the example for his young proteges, and yet another is finding the way to hold the sacred space with her harp in her church, small step by small step. It is such a privilege to watch each one boldly step closer into their incredible shining selves.
I have several projects going and can't wait to tell you about them. In the meantime, I'm experimenting with bits of vegan cookies (a new post it due at that link) while processing the year's experiences with good friends. I'm wishing you a glorious holiday!
